The Filth and the Brewery

£40.00

'The Filth and the Brewery' is the latest in our 'Bands as Beer Mats' collection of prints, 12 of the greatest British early Punk bands immortalised as beer mats from the 60's and 70's!

Following on from our 'Manchester Best' and 'Pride of London' prints we now have a version celebrating the early years of Punk in Britain including 'Golden Brown Ale' from The Stranglers and 'New Rose Stout' from The Damned (a truly dark gothic beer). We know that PiL came a bit later but couldn't resist PiL PiLSNER.

Our inspiration for the print: The Adverts, The Stranglers, The Clash, Buzzcocks, The Damned, The Slits, X-Ray Spex, Stiff Little Fingers, Public Image Ltd, The Sex Pistols, Sham 69 and Siouxsie and the Banshees. Inevitably some favorites left out but as before we could only pick twelve.

The perfect companion to our 'Punk Pin Print' a collection of vintage Punk badges presented as an A2 print.
